Pricing & payment
5.1 Currency & pricing
All prices on our Website are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and represent the full price payable at checkout. Sales tax, VAT, or equivalent consumption taxes may be added at checkout where required by the laws of your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any taxes not collected at checkout that are due under the laws of your country of residence.
5.2 Payment processor
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Your use of the payment service is additionally subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other methods supported by Stripe at checkout.
5.3 Billing
- Digital Programs (Guía Pump, USD 47): one-time payment. No recurring charges. No auto-renewal.
- Personal Coaching: billed per cycle as stated in the individualized coaching agreement signed at onboarding. Pricing is discussed during the application process and confirmed in writing before the first payment.
5.4 Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge directly with your card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend access to all Services and Digital Programs pending resolution. We strongly encourage you to contact info@mypumpteam.com before initiating a chargeback — most disputes are resolved quickly through direct communication.
5.5 Price changes
Published prices may change at our discretion. Prices applicable to a purchase are those displayed at the moment of checkout. Existing Clients in active coaching cycles are not affected by price changes during their current cycle.
Delivery
6.1 Digital Programs (Guía Pump)
Delivery is instant and automated. Upon successful payment, you will receive (a) a confirmation page with a direct download link, and (b) a confirmation email sent to the address provided at checkout, containing the same download link and access instructions.
- Expected delivery window: typically within a few minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases involving payment processor or email delivery delays, it may take up to several hours.
- If you do not receive the email: check your spam folder, then contact info@mypumpteam.com. We respond to delivery issues within 24 business hours.
- Access duration: lifetime access to the version purchased. Future updates or new editions are not automatically included.
6.2 Personal Coaching
Coaching is delivered on a schedule. The onboarding process takes place within 7 days of application approval and consists of: (a) intake questionnaire; (b) initial video call with Matías Sancari or assigned coach; (c) first block of programming delivered within 7 business days of the intake call.
Thereafter, new programming blocks and check-ins are delivered according to the cadence stated in your individual coaching agreement.
6.3 No physical goods
We do not ship physical goods. All products and services are delivered digitally or remotely. No shipping charges apply.
Refund policy
Personal Coaching: full refund if onboarding is not completed within 14 days of purchase. No refund once the first programming block has been delivered.
7.1 Digital Programs (Guía Pump) — 14-day guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Guía Pump purchases, subject to the exceptions listed in Section 7.4. To request a refund, email info@mypumpteam.com within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase with your order confirmation number. We will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
After the 14-day window, all sales are final.
7.2 Personal Coaching
- Before onboarding: if you have applied and paid but the onboarding process (intake + initial call + first programming block) has not been initiated or completed within 14 days of payment, you are entitled to a full refund upon written request.
- After onboarding: once the initial intake call has taken place AND the first programming block has been delivered to you (whichever occurs later), the service is considered rendered and no refunds are available. This is because the individualized assessment and programming work has already been performed.
- Mid-cycle cancellation: you may cancel at any time (see Section 08), but pre-paid fees for the current cycle are non-refundable.
7.3 How to request a refund
Email info@mypumpteam.com with subject line "Refund request — [order number]". Include your name, order number, purchase date, and (optionally) the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days of approval.
Refunds are processed through Stripe and credited to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7.4 Exceptions
We may deny a refund request if: (a) the request is submitted after the applicable window; (b) you have materially breached these terms (Section 3.4); (c) there is evidence of fraudulent activity; (d) you have initiated a chargeback with your card issuer for the same purchase (in which case the chargeback process supersedes our refund process).
Cancellation
8.1 Digital Programs
Digital Programs are one-time purchases with no recurring billing. There is nothing to cancel. If you are within the 14-day refund window, see Section 07.
8.2 Personal Coaching
You may cancel your coaching engagement at any time by writing to info@mypumpteam.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current pre-paid cycle. No further charges will be made. Pre-paid fees for the current cycle are not refundable (see Section 7.2).
If the Company terminates a coaching engagement due to a material breach by the Client (Section 3.4), no refund is due. If the Company terminates for any other reason (e.g. coach availability), a pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the current cycle.

You may revoke this license at any time by written request to info@mypumpteam.com, in which case we will remove the material from current marketing within 30 days.

Fitness & health disclaimer
10.1 Not medical advice
Nothing offered by the Company constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Matías Sancari and Company personnel do not act as licensed medical professionals when providing the Services, regardless of any individual credentials they may hold in other contexts. The Services do not establish any doctor–patient, therapist–patient, or similar professional healthcare relationship. If you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, metabolic disorder, cardiovascular condition, or any concern about your ability to exercise safely, you must consult a licensed physician before beginning any Service or Digital Program.
10.2 Assumption of risk
Physical exercise involves inherent risks including, without limitation, muscle strain, joint injury, cardiovascular stress, and, in rare cases, serious injury or death. By purchasing and participating in any Service or Digital Program, you:
- Acknowledge these risks.
- Represent that you are in sufficient physical and mental health to engage in vigorous physical activity.
- Assume full responsibility for your safety and for any injury or loss you may suffer.
- Agree to stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptom.
10.3 Individual results
Fitness results depend on many factors outside our control, including genetics, nutrition, sleep, consistency, prior training history, and medical conditions. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes. Testimonials and case studies reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of results for any other person.
10.4 Release of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Pump Team LLC, its officers, coaches, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in our Services or use of our Digital Programs — including claims based on negligence.
10.5 Scope of services
The Services and Digital Programs offered through this Website relate exclusively to physical training, exercise programming, and general fitness education. We do not provide, recommend, prescribe, or facilitate access to any pharmaceutical product, performance-enhancing substance, anabolic agent, hormone, prescription supplement, or any substance requiring medical supervision. Any reference in our public communications to advanced training methodology is strictly within the scope of exercise science and does not constitute medical, pharmacological, or clinical guidance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Services and Digital Programs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or Digital Programs.
- The Company's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Services or Digital Programs shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by local law.
Dispute resolution
12.1 Informal resolution (required first step)
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally by sending a written notice of the dispute to info@mypumpteam.com, describing the nature and basis of the claim and the relief sought. You and the Company agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of the notice. Neither party may initiate arbitration during this informal resolution period.
12.2 Binding arbitration
If the dispute is not resolved during the informal resolution period, any remaining controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Services, Digital Programs, this document, or any purchase, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and, where applicable, the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
- Seat of arbitration: Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA. All hearings shall be conducted remotely via video conference by default, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. The Company shall bear the AAA filing and administrative fees for claims by consumers under USD 10,000, in accordance with AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
- Language: English.
- Number of arbitrators: one (1).
- Governing law: the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
- Judgment: the arbitrator's award shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered on it in any court of competent jurisdiction.
12.3 Class-action waiver
You and the Company agree that any dispute shall be brought in your individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
12.4 Exceptions
Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for disputes within the scope of that court's jurisdiction. Either party may also seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
12.5 Opt-out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to info@mypumpteam.com within thirty (30) days of your first purchase from the Company. The notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. Opting out will not affect any other provision of this document.

13.6 Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, delete your data, object to processing, restrict processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
